Workshops and keynotes that mindfully address burnout, compassion fatigue, and anxiety.

After years of uncertainty and collective trauma, people are struggling.

The world is moving more quickly and there are challenges to our mental well-being that must be acknowledged.

As a former CEO who experienced burnout and languishing during COVID, I believe having conversations about workplace wellbeing is critical to helping people adapt and feel seen and valued.

Through workshops and keynotes, I share data and tools for individuals to address burnout, compassion fatigue and anxiety.

Achieving well-being in challenging times

Acknowledging the importance of well-being in the workplace is more important than ever. The reality of burnout, the great resignation, and quiet quitting are directly related to well-being and whether people are languishing or flourishing.

Leaders must be a champion for well-being within their organizations to help support a positive culture for a thriving workforce as we navigate our new world. It requires listening, vulnerability, courage, and empathy on the part of leaders.

Certain professions are especially at risk of compassion fatigue and secondary trauma, so they must model the way and ensure they are addressing their own well-being. Whether it is remote or hybrid work, reintegration, or dealing with the collective trauma of the past two years, people need new skills and support to thrive.

“If the message you send as a leader is that well-being is an “out of work activity” you may be missing the reality of our current state.”
